The system uses a database of over 100 million vehicle repair images and an Automated Appraisal Engine (A2E) to produce estimates within three minutes.
Appraisers significantly improved their daily production volume and customers experienced reduced wait times throughout the claims journey. The partnership was extended with an API integration to United Auto's self-service FNOL portal, further reducing cycle time and improving customer experience.
