Generali deployed Shift Technology's Force platform to automatically scan all incoming P&C claims. The system analyzes approximately 300 claims daily, scoring each for fraud suspicion and providing investigators with substantiated alerts.
Shift's AI now scans 107,000 out of 125,000 annual P&C claims automatically. Generali nearly tripled their fraud detection rate from 0.7% to the industry-leading 2% benchmark.
